About UPMAKE
It is said that one in ten people have a metal allergy .
I myself have metal allergies and suffer from them every day.
To solve this problem, we investigated and prototyped coatings for brass instrument mouthpieces, and from these we came up with ReST-M2 (a resin coating designed to prevent metal allergies).
ReST-M2 has relieved many people from their worries and has been well received.
UPMAKE will continue to turn ideas derived from small black resin coats into reality, and provide services and products that will please even more people.
Representative of UPMAKE, Yuta Uetake
Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music.
He studied trumpet under Kiyonori Sogabe, Naoki Fujita, Koji Tachibana, and Mark Haydn Robinson, and chamber music under Kiyonori Sogabe, Hiroyuki Odagiri, and Yasushi Katsumata.
Currently, he works as a freelance performer, performing premieres and revivals of contemporary music.
He also plays an active role in a wide range of fields, including orchestras, wind bands, and brass bands.
Member of the Tokyo Brass Society.
Member of the council of the Japan Music Activities Association, a general incorporated foundation.
He is an individual member of the Metal Allergy Association of Japan (general incorporated association) and has acquired the Metal Allergy Advisor (intermediate level) certification.
